Admiral Ackbar succesfully sued Namco after they used his catch phrase in the game Time Crisis. Before the fight with the first boss, Rachel clearly says "Dont Come... It's a trap!". Coincidently Admiral Ackbar holds the best score for completion of the "timed game" mode in Time Crisis.
